while switching from wired to wireless : microsoft outlook issue

Hi,

I have network set up with wired and wireless as well but as and when user is moving from there working place to meeting room they remove their wired network and they use wireless network .

It is unified wireless network set-up , the moment , user is moving from wired to wireless, username and password window appears to use outlook,

what could be the issue ?

In this scenario, User need to restart their PC and use wireless network , then outlook works fine.

Is that problem with wireless network or Exchange server ?

Please suggest me to do workaround .

Hi Vinod,

Nice to see you back!!

This is not a Wireless issue nor the Wired nor the Network infrastructure.. Even i face the same issue once in a month for some reason.. Just to isolate right.. When this issue happens try to login to GMAIL or YAHOOMAIL.. you will be able to login without any issues..

AFAIK this is something to do with the LAPTOP APP or the Exchange..

Please dont forge tto rate the usefull posts!!

I am sorry to bother you but I have this mentioned issue only for wireless network.

It would be great , if you could elaborate the same issue ... how can we make sure this that problem is in exchange only ?

If i am reconnecting with wired connection from different cubical , I am not having the same issue....

Not a problem!!

Lets do this.. the time it asks for the UN/PW , check wat other application is not working!! and long with that.. do the packet capture and see what happens
