topic Wireless configuration for dormitory in Wireless

We are getting ready to deploy a Cisco wireless solution into our campus dormitories. Each time we think we have come up with the optimal solution more input is provided to complicate the matter. I have a few questions that would help resolve some issues.

1. Can we put multiple Cisco 1200 WAP devices in the same wiring closet to cover a highly populated area? Looking to cover 40 connections with 2 1200 WAPs.

2. If so, will there be a frequency complications between the two devices, being they are so close together?

3. Being the "G" freq only has 3 channels, will there be a problem putting 4 1200 Cisco WAPs within 120 foot length? Example: Install one WAP, go 60 feet and place 2 WAPs, and then 60 feet and place one WAP.

4. What is the rule of having too many WAPs in one area using "G" freq before complications begin?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
