HI everyone，

This is the problem, could you help me to resoved it?

1、Product & Software：

WLC PID：AIR-CT2504-K9
AP PID：AIR-AP1852I-H-K9
software：8.2.121.5

2、Symptom：
The AP1852I can be registered to the WLC2504 normally and works normally. However, after a period of time (random time), the client cannot find the 5G signal (that is, only the 5G WLAN cannot be found), only 2.4G Can be found, so temporarily modify the 802.11a only WLAN Radio Policy to All, let the client use 2.4G wireless.

PS：The number of cases has occurred multiple times, and the fault phenomenon is consistent.

3、info on GUI:

4、Attempted method:

Restart AP

Restart WLC

Close and re-enable 802.11a

upgrade software to release 8.5

The above operations have not helped, I wonder if the fault is a bug, or there are other related solutions.

On the WLC, check under Wireless ==> 802.11a/n/ac ==> DFS (802.11h)

Ensure Channel Announcement and Channel Quiet Mode is enabled.

Also, doublecheck your WLC logs for any RADAR events.

Your AP is running on channel 149, is your client supporting this?
This channel is not supported by most European clients, for example, as it's from U-NII-3 Band.
