Hi to All,

Can any one tell me why AIR-AP2802i-A-K9 cannot achieve POE full power went connected to Cisco switch WS-C2960S-48FPS-L with software version 15.0(2a)SE9.

WS-C2960S-48FPS-L power inline was already set to static 30 watt.

But when we try to connect AIR-AP2802i-A-K9 to switch WS-C2960S-24PS-L with software version 12.2(55)SE3 and it was able to achieve POE full power.

Had this same problem, was racking my brains out. I set the power inline to static and the AP still was only pulling 15.4. I checked SHOW CDP on the switch and sure enough, CDP versions 2 was disabled. Once CDP version 2 was enabled, both AP's came up to full power and showed active.

Thank you!
