Cisco AIR-AP2802I-E-K9 blinking red and green

I have a site With several Aironet 2800 AP's, and 3 of them won't join the Controller. Neither do I see the AP's on CDP. I am using AIR-PWRINJ6 power injector on these three ap's as the switch was only able to supply 15,4W. After connectiong the PWRINJ6 they are still not working. I did the 'Power inline never'-command on the switch, making sure the AP's get their Power from the adapter.

The 3 AP's are Connected on 100 mbit/full Duplex, while all the other ones working are connecting on 1000/full. I did a cable test, and all the ports shows the same result;

It's not able to determine the pair length. I had older AP's on these ports before, and they worked perfectly. According to the doc of the 2800, the red/green means "Discovery/join process in progress". However, I'm not able to see them on CDP. No matter if the AP's join the WLC or not I should be able to see them on CDP? If it's the cabling that is the problem here, how come the older AP's worked? Yes, I know that 11xx and 27xx only need 15,4W while the 28xx needs 26,1W, but the AIR-PWRINJ6 should have solved that. Any help appreciated.

That cable test won't give you end to end, just the first hop. Any chance
you can replace the patch leads or try directly connecting an AP to a
switch? 3 does seem a bit odd!

Yes, when I Connected the AP directly to the switch it worked, including the PoE. There's something With the cable between the patch and the endpoint, however it's strange that the older AP's did work. I can't figure out why I don't even see the AP's on CDP.

I'd have to do some research but pretty sure the different standards 802.11af/802.11at) use different pairs and this is also affected by the speed as 100mbit only uses two pairs out of four but 1G uses all four pairs and changes the dynamic.

It is likely a single pair or more is corrupt on those runs as you've deduced and either full PoE cannot be delivered or CDP is interrupted by this. Does setting it to 100mbit full bring it up? If not I guess you'll need to fix the runs!

Hello, and thanks for the feedback. None of the solutions worked, nor using an external Power supply. I also upgraded to 8.5.120.0, did not fix the problem. The AP's came online when I Connected them directly to the switch, so there must be something With the cabling. We're now fixing the cabling instead.
