DHCP Proxy in a Foreign Anchor Setup

Hello Guys,

my question is which WLC is responsible for the DHCP Proxy function in a Foreign Anchor Setup?

Also i have different options to modify DHCP Proxy option?

I have:

Globally Enabled

per Interface

per SSID

Can someone explain me which option is matching at the end?

Philip,

In a Guest Anchor Setup the DHCP proxy is handled on the anchor controller as this is where the client will be dropped into its specific vlan.

Then depending on your DHCP setup will determine the Proxy method chosen.

What is your DHCP solution at the Anchor Controller?
