&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; How can i view the serial number in Prime infrastructure as well as firesight management center and both are VM only.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this for licensing purposes?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have both Virtual Prime (3.1) and FMC (6.1).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the FMC I don't think there is a serial number as such. For licensing you need to use the "licensing key" attached to the VM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;System / Licenses / Classic License / Add new License (See attached). You then use this&amp;nbsp;key stated&amp;nbsp;there&amp;nbsp;on the Cisco Licensing Portal (Click get License) to generate license keys you have purchased.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With Prime - I believe this now depends on the version you are running. What Prime version do you have?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In the contract details PAK/SN&amp;nbsp; mentioned for PI as well FS..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now our customer is asking that&amp;nbsp; can you confirm the S/N in VM device level&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They are compare with Contract details and VM serial number&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;so please suggest..&lt;/P&gt;
