Is there a way to get client detailed information

like whether it supports MIMO how many RX ,TX antenna and spatial streams it support from the wlc .

If not from the client like windows ,mac ,ios and android devices like

You can get some data from the RF Dashboard of the WLC. That is if you are running v8.1 or newer.

As far as the devices, you need to get that from the manufacturer or the NIC vendor.

MCS is not going to tell you exactly what the device NIC is capable of. You need to look at the link I posted or look at specific device data-sheets.
