How to improve wifi signal strength

Dear Friends,

I required some urgent location, for my customer wifi service is difficult to use on the lower floor of the 15th floor. There we have enough access point, but customer face very difficult.

Hence kindly tell me how to improve wifi signal strength.

We have cisco access point : AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9

Kindly do the needful.

You need to provide more information on what the issue(s) are, maybe what you think the issue can be, maybe a floor plan with the AP locations also at least to start to try to help.

APs are on the 15th Floor and they want wireless on the 14th floor (and lower)?

hi,

do a site survey on the lower floors to see the signal strength/RSSI you get.

if you get unfavorable wifi signal, you can propose to management/IT to add more APs on the lower floors.
