&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;There some situation that could cause client to drop. But, it is interesting to identify what drops means here. I understand drop as client loosing connection to the AP and desassociating from the network. It that what you mean?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Users complaining about constantly losing connectivity</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And I have no idea where to start looking. It doesn't happen often. Maybe one person every few weeks. But something on our wireless network is causing users who are connected to drop off. I have a 5760 converged wireless controller. where would you suggest I start looking to resolve this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is correct. I logged into the controller and notice the AP they are connected to has an unusually high retry rate&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have access to a spectrum analyser or Cisco AP that can be be put in SE-connect mode&lt;/P&gt;</description>
