CPI 1.3 Site Maps section not function properly

I migrated data from WCS 7.x to CPI 1.3.0.20

All data (existing maps ...etc )was migrated succesfully but when i tried to make another maps i realized that all commands in section Monitor>Site Maps is not function properly (does not display anything).

How can i solve this problem?

Everything is there that you need in order to add/modify/delete maps. I just worked in this yesterday for a customer of mine. I don't know what you are trying to do, but PI is different and does take time to get use to. If your familiar with WCS, then I would click on Root on the top right of the GUI page and then select Classic Theme. This will change the format to what WCS was and will make the transition from WCS to PI easier.
