Hello,

my Name is Martin, I´m a colleague from Mario.

We know about configure the "NCS Backup".

Our Problem is, that sometimes the NCS backup failed.

We want to configure following:

-> When NCS backup failed, the NCS automatic generate a email about that....

Is this possible?

Any email alerts is only possible if you are able to set the error message to critical. Other than that, you would not get an email alert.

Hello,

Apparently it is possible to send email alert if Controller backup failed with this condition:

> Administration > System Settings > Severity Configuration

Category: Controller

Alarm Condition:

Configuration backup failed

But I don't find any alarm condition if Prime Infrastructure Server (or NCS Server) backup fails.

Is there a way to send alert if PI server backup fails ?
