When you enable ap authorization it sends the request to the Radius server, not the internal MIC entries. Just add the AP to the Radius server as a client using the mac-address as the username and password.

Hi

Am I doing something wrong?

I am trying to get the AP's to be authorised by the controller.

I have added a MIC entry for the AP with its 'Base Radio MAC', and then turned on Authorize AP's Against AAA, but as soon as I do that, I reboot the AP's and they do no connect, with no error on the controller to say they are rejected.

I am not using an external AAA Server, just the local MIC list.

Any ideas?

David
