Hi,

I have done debug client mac address to figure out why the client disconnected , unfortunately client disconnected totally but the logs gaves only

association request and response

What is next ?

Take a wireless packet capture & see. Below may be useful

Also attach your client debug output & give detail about client device, AP model, software version of WLC

Hi,

I just disabled the wifi but still in the log there is no trace fro disassociation

How the log look like if there is disassociation or what is the status code

Client device is an ipad mini ,wlc 5760 03.06.04.E
