WLAN is WMM enabled

2. Security must be WPA2+AES or Open

(If you dont meet these 2 requirements you wont be able to push HT rates)

3. 802.11n Rates and support should be enabled on the network (a or b/g)

4.

Controller - WISM

AP - 1142

Clients - various apple and computer (802.11n capable)

Hi all,

I have a strange issue in my wireless network whereby all clients are associating to the network on 802.11a and 802.11g only. No clients are using 802.11n when there are capable. Other ap groups on this wism controller are working fine with all clients using a/n or b/g/n but this particular ap group does not seem to work. I've checked the wlan and ap group config/template multiple times and refreshed the template out to the site but appears the every single client is still connecting via a or g.

802.11n is definitely backwards compatible! Does anyone have any idea what this could be and perhaps where I should look for configuration errors?

Many thanks again.

Wil
