Agree with Leo.First : "802

Agree with Leo.

First : "802.11n" requires WPA2/AES or OPEN authentication. So if you do not use these then it will not work.

Second: Under WLAN SSID > QoS feature then disable WMM. Usually WMM is required for 802.11n support.

These are the main 2 feature required to use 802.11n rates.

If you disable one of them then you will not get 802.11n rate.

Hope it helps.

Regards

Dont forget to rate helpful posts

I agree with the previous

I agree with the previous posts, but if you only want to turn it off on a single AP within your network then you will need to do the following:

Create an AP group and move the AP into the new group

Map your SSIDs to the proper interfaces for the group

Create an RF Profile with all of the MCS Settings un-checked

Apply the RF Profile to the new AP group

I hope this helps.

John
