topic Setting up and adding a Air AP3802I-B-K9 into a Cisco Meraki network thru a Meraki MS125-48LP switch in Wireless

Anybody please...we were given two Aironet AP3802I for our newly renovated 4th floor. I connected these APs into our MS125 switch on the 4th floor which is connected to a MS320 core switch on the 1st floor. Is the AP3802I with a built-in mobility express so I can configure it? What do I need to do to enable the two APs as it is not broadcasting the CiscoAirProvision SSID that I read about. Any assistance or guidance on how to do this would be greatly appreciated...thanks

It really depends what software is installed on the APs. You'll need to get onto the AP console port to see. If they're running ME you might need to reset to factory default. If they're running CAPWAP image then search "convert cisco ap from lightweight to mobility express" and follow the instructions you find. You'll need to be able to download the ME software from Cisco or your supplier will need to get it for you.
This seems like a good step-by-step guide https://www.semfionetworks.com/blog/convert-a-cisco-capwap-ap-to-a-mobility-express-ap
3800 ME software download at https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286304536/type/286289839/release/8.5.161.0
