- Have a factory defaults reset of the AP , if that does not help consider the following :

Error Message SOAP_FIPS-2-SELF_TEST_RAD_FAILURE: “RADIO crypto FIPS self test failed at %s on interface %s %d.”

Explanation SOAP FIPS self test on radio crypto routine failed.

Recommended Action Check radio image.

The mentioned action apparently relates to 'internal' stuff and or it may be advisable to RMA the AP.
