Cisco AP 1130 cannot associate Wireless phone 7921

Good day,

I have a wireless phone 7921, trying to connect it to an autonomous AP 1131.

I tried configuring both WPA and WPA with TKIP and AES, and it does not associate, it is not even showing as an authentication failed, it seems that it is not even negotiating.

When I left the network opened, with no security, it associated without a problem.

Is there any special configuration needed or do you have any recommendation?

What version of software your running on it ? Pls share your config to have a look

Attached you can find the sh run.

The firmware version of the phone is 1.4.6.

Just as an additional note, we have other sites with the exact same configuration and it is currently working.

Is it possible to make that Voice SSID to run WPAv2 & advertise only on 5GHz (radio 1, currently it is shutdown) to test ?

Please don't post type 7 passwords in configurations, they can be reversed within a second! (In other words, I have your Wi-Fi password now and your Radius shared secret ).

Hi Rasika,
I just tested and it has the same behaviour.
The AP is not even detecting the connection attempt of the phone.
