topic where did you read about in Wireless

where did you read about these preferred call stats or sip CAC stats, I am quite keen as I have never heard they existed on wireless phones.

CUCM CDRs typically contain call quality details

Please rate if useful

2504 WLC SIP VoIP Statistics

Our company is soon going to deploy 8821 wireless phones using SIP. I am running a test environment to look at a few features on the wireless controller. I've got SIP snooping enabled along with other configuration changes to the radios as stated in the documentation. I am receiving some statistics and traps but I cant seem to collect Preferred Call Stats or SIP CAC stats. What is required in order to collect this information?

Not from the wireless phone.

Not from the wireless phone. I am seeing this on the WLC, if you run "show ap stats 802.11a <Cisco AP> " from the WLC CLI and go down to the SIP CAC statistics. Apparently all is well because I can view this information from the CLI but apparently the GUI is not displaying the information. You may have indirectly answered my question. Its still odd that the GUI isn't displaying the information.
