Cisco 7925 default phone password

I wish to use the 7925 Site Survey feature and it is asking for user and password.

What would be the default user/password for a 7925 phone?

Are you sure it's not maybe asking for the 802.1x username/password. I would think if you just used he neighbor list, that would help also.
