Depends on the firmware the controller is running.

Remote into the controller and post the complete output to the command "sh sysinfo".

Ok, so the controller must have the correct country code to correspond to the "-E" Regulatory Domain.

The only way to find out what is the complete output to the WLC command of "sh sysinfo".
