Looking for portable sim based access point

Dear guys.

I'm looking for a sim based portable router that can be connected to the internet (3g/4g) and supply internet connection to up to 40-50 devices (smartphones), in a range of around 40 meters (130 feet).

I need it for a group of travelers.

Does Cisco have this kind of product?

Any answer will be appreciated.

The apple Airport Express router looks nice and can supply connection to up to 50 users with 150 feet range.

But it's not sim based and portable, it needs power source...

Cisco has 800 series access points which supports sim based, but not portable and require external power source.

I am looking for a portable access point that can be used in the field. I need to be able to connect up to 10 devices at once and have them share the same internet connection. I read cv knowhow reviews now. I need to be able to monitor IP addresses and user activity with ease. I also want it to be very easy for me to configure and manage this device via an app on my phone or tablet.
