RFID tags for monitoring temperature

We swapped out 3502s for Meraki MR32 and aeroscout tags for temperature monitoring stopped working. Meraki TAC did not have much of an insight. Hopefully someone on here has had that experience and can offer some suggestions. We have backed out and reinstalled the cisco 3502s and everything is working fine.

Nothing changed on the aeroscout service engine, ip address or application port, then only change was the AP. How do I get aeroscout RFID tags to talk to Meraki. I understand since cisco owns meraki we can get support here as well, I hope.
