hello, what is the requirements for wireless IP phone to work over Wireless Network for example (signal strength, Access Point Power Transmit, ... etc), and what is the relation between Wireless Access Point Power Transmit and Wireless IP Phone.

It is the signal quality rather than signal strength (power) which is the more important factor.

Just to add, each manufacture has their own requirements/recommendations. Signal quality is the key however for AP and device to negotiate at a higher rate. You also don't want to overpower your client devices.
