      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear All ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My billing server is not receiving the ,CDR file in the call manager ,when i checked in Real time monitor tool&amp;nbsp; its giving me the below error .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;" Description: (s)FTP delivery of CDR files failed on retries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot find any cdr data ,for the below output .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"admin:file list activelog cm/cdr_repository/car/20150618&lt;BR /&gt;dir count = 0, file count = 0" .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone support for this .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mubarak Ali&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
