Hello,

I am configuring a 2504 wireless controller with 10 LAP1042 AP's (license accepts 15 AP's)

Everything seems to be configured fine, however, no wlan in visisble and I noticed that, while the admin status of the Radio's is set to enabled, the Operational status stays DOWN. Never had this before and googling didn't make me any wiser.

Does any has an idea why it is nog working?

Software version is 7.0.220

Kind regards,

Ralph Willemsen

Arnhem, Netherlands

When you are on the wireless tab in the GUI, click on an access point and set the AP status to disable and hit apply and then back to enable and hit apply. See if that works.

Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App

Hello Scott, thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately this didn't do the trick.

I rebooted the whole system, including APs (remotely) and still not working

Can you post the output from the APs console? Start the output from when you recycle the AP.

Also make sure that the AP's country code is also configured on the WLC.

Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App
