I agree with Leo. There are many doc on Cisco's site that has any info you want, you just need to search for that specifically. Even on the web, there are blogs and videos that can help.

Connect all your AP with the switches and manke those switch port as access port for the VLAN for which that AP wants to be part of and make the switchport a trunk port which is connected to the management port of WLC directly so that all the SSID belonging to different VLAN which is configured on the WLC can be passed and configured on to the AP.
