    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ensure you are using 792x firmware version 1.4.4.3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If using a Cisco WLAN Controller, then I recommend to use one of the following versions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.0.240.0, 7.2.110.0, 7.3.101.0, 7.4.100.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, ensure there are no issues with the WLC/AP or network configuration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If roaming across L2 boundaries, ensure L3 mobility is enabled or that the new L2 network is configured correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still have issues, please open a case with TAC case for further troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Intermttently wireless phones go into configuring IP for no reason. may fix itself right away or it may take hours to come back online.
