software downgrade on 2106

Hi

I had a 2106 running 4.x software. It was upgraded to 7.x but will not read the config.

Can anyone tell me how to downgrade the software?

The code prior to 4.2.61.0 was binary. All code versions 4.2.61.0 and later was XML. So there is no real way to recover the image unless you have a backup

I currently have a 7.x software but it will not load my config file. So you think I cannot load 4.x software then load config file?

If you followed the upgrade process, your configuration should of stayed. But now that your on 7.0.x, you can't take a 4.2.61.0 precious version and restore that to the 7.0.x.
