Band selection is made when connecting to the remote sensor or from tools/settings/sensors&antennas. Can't use both radios at the same time on remote sensors.

Also, if the AP is in any mode other than SE-Connect then only the functional channel is visible in the scopes.

Remote sensors can only do the analogue part of the SE card's job; i.e. they don't report the visible SSIDs (that actually comes from the local WLAN adaptor, not the SE card anyway)

Hello,

I have a bunch of 3502's and 3602's with Spectrum Expert 4.1.11.

3502, 7.0.116.0

3602, 7.2.103.0

I seem to be unable to change the functional band.

The ususal controls for a local SE card are gray'd out and I don't see in the device on the WLC where the affective band for the SAGE chip might be selected.

Why can't the AP pretend to be a Wireless LAN Card? As it is, the SE client reports Wireless LAN Card Not Detected when using a remote..

Thank you

David
