How to disable 802:11b on AIR-AP1240..

If you want to shut down the radio completely the the commands are:

conf t

int dot110

shut

If you want to disable the "b" radio but use the "g" then you'll need to disable the data rates for "b".

Also is there any command to test whether we are runing with g.

what are the help full command i can use

to check what rate client is connected do:

show dot11 asso

show dot11 asso all

as pointed out earlier. disable b rates 1mbps to 11mbps
