Has anyone on here ever worked with WiMax?

I am taking about designing a WiMax solution, implementing it, maintaining it, etc...

If so, I would liek to ask some questions.....but first has anyone on here worked with it?

Thanks for responding.

I have like a ....zillion questions. lol..

But Ill just ask one at a time.

Do you have a really good document that explains the logic behind a typical WiMax POP solution?

For example, I know that betwee the base station and the ASN gateway, there are GRE tunnels built. Why?

I am trying to understand the methodology behind the architecture.

So, for starters, do you have anything like that?

Yes I do, there is extensive documentation on the net but I also have the standards as i was involved in a major design process for a country wide deployment.

well i thought this was meant to be a Knowledge base forum were peeps and g33k5 share stuffz why are u interested in taking it offline?
