Can you see the phone's web page? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even if it appears that the phone is connected, you have to make sure that it is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are sure that the phone is correctly connected to the AP, and it has the correct IP and settings, then try to raise an RMA with Cisco.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>7920 Call manager registration</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My 7920 phone keeps telling me that no call managers were found though call managers are listed in the current configuration on the phone. Other 7920 phones work fine. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the CM list is correct, then more than likely the TFTP setting is correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once it gets the CM list it tries to create a TCP connection to the primary CM.  If that's not working, you may want to try to factory default that phone to ensure there is no config issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
