Make sure that no other software is controlling your wireless. Usually when the items are greyed out in ADU, is because no wireless card was detected. I have the Intel Pro/Set 3945 and also use the CB21AG. Reinstall the CB21AG driver.

Hi,

I've got a Dell D630 laptop. It's got an inbuilt Intel Pro/Wireless 3945ABG and Intel Proset software.

We're having a lot of problems with Single Sign On and EAP-FAST with the 3945. We've got a stock of Cisco Aironet cards (CB21AG), which we'd like to try (version 2.6).

The card and ADU install fine - but all the options are greyed out. I can't create profiles or enable radio etc.

I presume there's a conflict between the Cisco ADU and Intel Pro/set. How do I resolve it? Any ideas ...?

I really need to get the Cisco card working.

(uninstalling the intel driver makes no difference - ADU is still greyed out)

Thanks,

MARTIN.
