Sucks.

Website support is so convoluted, it leaves one going round and round in circles.

Just trying to find out if my AP firmware needs updating or not is impossible. Then when I feel I'm getting close to finding the firmware, I'm given a choice of multiple Major releases (12.3JEB or 12.3JA), then IOS Release (12.3(8)JEB or 12.3(8)JEB1), then a Release Feature set. No explanations as to what all these numbers mean. PDF documentation tells the reader what the AP can do, but not how.

I tried to call Cisco and was told that my AP was an older model and that I could not get technical support without a service contract.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!

Get bent Cisco!!
