Hi,

Is there's a way to change the minimum size of the user's code pin from 5 to 4 caracters.

Here is a good Cisco tech note that describes the process required to change the minimum Pin length;

DC Directory: Modify the Default User PIN and Password Length

From this good doc;

Thanks for your answer but I have an active directory integration so I think this technote is not the good one.

Is there the same procedure for AD.
