Simplified Document for MAC Authentication/AD ?

I realize this is probably asked and answered 50,000 times.

I have some new Cisco 2700 series access points coming in for this site and will be deploying at other sites.

Does anyone have a simplified document on how to configure 2008 R2 with RADIUS or whatever is easier and the AP's to authenticate the MAC's.

I just want to be able to create users accounts for each MAC in AD.

I tried google and found 20 different ways to do the same thing. most involved deploying a certificate infrastructure. Is that really the only way to do it?

I know cisco has some other fancy device to help with this but that's not in the budget.

Any help is appreciated.
