? want to use ACS to verify the (management) login to the WISMs. Does anyone know if this is possible. I can only find related ducumentation about WISM/ACS for wireless clients and not for the management loginin to the console/telnet/explorer

Yes. It should be possible to authenticate management users of WISM through ACS server. I have done it with WLC's. There is a document in cisco for controllers.

Add your ACS server as a RADIUS client.

Set that server to be used for Management logins.

On the ACS server, configure your group with suitable RADIUS permissions.
