Pl, let me know voice user limitation in wlan.

My customer asked me why voice user is limited in wlan.

Usually, wireless vendor recommend that the number of data user is 30 in a AP.

And, wireless vendor recommend that the number of voice user is 10 in a AP.

I explained that voice traffic is real-time traffic and the character of CSMA-CA.

But he was not satisfied for this sufficiently. He want to know more technical explanation.

I need a technical data, white paper, or web site.
