The wireless roaming is always controlled by the STA and not the AP. Check to see if there are any new driver versions for the STA cards. For example many people complained about the 2915ABG card that recently not roaming properly, or waiting until the last minute when the signal quality was very very poor, now Intel provided a new driver that allows you to control the sensitivity of the roaming.

Good luck,

P

Hi Siva,

Did you try disconnecting and reconnecting again at the spot where the switching of AP's is expected. And on reconnecting check if it associates with the AP at the far end still. This test should eliminate any other possibilities from the AP side which might pose an issue.

Thanks & Regards,

Karthik N
