I have a 4402 (sw 3.2.78) controlling 1131ag's. The APs work fine with inline power but some I need to use power injectors (AIR-PWRINJ3 are the ones to use according to website) I used one of these injectors with the power supply that came with the 1131ag it works fine over a shore 1m cable, but as soon as I install it over any lenght of cable the 4402 reports that the 1131ag does not have enough inline power (Thu Feb 23 01:56:17 2006 [ERROR] spam_lrad.c 1892: AP 00:15:2c:4a:1e:30 has not enough in-line power to enable radio slot 0)

Any ideas?

Try turning off cdp on the switchport you're connected to. I had this problem with LWAPP ap's and there's a bug in 12.3.7JX2 that is supposed to be fixed with 12.3.8 release. Turning off CDP will fix the issue.
