Hi,

I've been working with a wireless network, where ap 1200 are being used as repeaters and ap1300 are being used as root.

Sometimes, some of them get hanged, and must be reset.

The software version of the ap's is 12.3(7)JA2.

Here I attach a crash-info file, it might help.

Thanks in advance.

Did you make sure that all the devices are running the latest version of the firmware. Because even if one of the APs are running a old version of the firmware there is every possibility that this can happen.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer about this issue.

I've confirmed that all access points are running the latest firmware version (12.3.(7)JA2).

I don't know what could be the cause of the problem.

The ap are working with channels 1, 6, 11. So I think that the problem is not interferences.

I would thank any other suggest.

Regards.

Are they all connected to the same power feed? are you using power over Ethernet?

Try to downgrade at least one repeater to a previous firmware and try again.

cheers,

P.
