I have a Aironet 1200 series with a 5ft attenna mounted about 60 feet in the air of a warehouse. I have a pc that is about 100ft away with direct site to the attenna. About 3 - 8 times a day the user gets the reauthentication prompt on their PC. The only things in the log are:

2004/08/30 20:05:20 (Info): Station=[T02037]00112047ff1d User="MAIN\sh-ind-sap-11" EAP-Authenticated

2004/08/30 20:05:19 (Info): Station [T02037]00112047ff1d Reassociated

2004/08/30 20:05:19 (Info): Station [T02037]00112047ff1d Authenticated

2004/08/30 20:04:58 (Info): Station [T02037]00112047ff1d roamed

Any idea how to trouble shoot the connection?

Check around the antenna to make sure there is nothing creating any EMI interference. If this is a warehouse environment, there is probably some forklifts or other equipment that could move in the path of the AP and PC. If that happens and the equipment stays in that spot for a period of time, then it could be breaking the signal to and from the AP. You should also check that you are running the latest firmeware/IOS for your devices.
