topic AP4800 firmware upgrade in Wireless

We have 2 AP4800E's configured years ago. When I try to go into the configuration with the browser by typing the ip address it eventually comes up but I usually have to refresh a couple of times plus some of the options do not come up at all (page not found) or have to be refreshed before the come up. The main screen that comes up says 7.22, is this the firmware version? If so, seems like this might be outdated, how do I/can I update firmware?

Yes, 7.22 is the firmware version. Here is the firmware update procedure:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps441/products_tech_note09186a0080093c37.shtml#topic1

Because you're upgrading from an older firmware version, step up one at a time from the lowest up to the highest firmware (don't go directly to the latest version).
