Cisco CallManager 3.2(2) is the minimum version required to work with the Cisco 7920. Cisco

CallManager 3.3 adds full device-identification support for the Cisco 7920. In the interim, the

Cisco 7920 needs to be configured as a 7960 in Cisco CallManager.
