AP350 with LEAP

We have been working with an open authentication environment one year, with 10 AP350. Now we have changed the configuration, configuring LEAP in clients, and Mac and user authentication with an ACS. We have two problems:

The worst is that there are few users that have a very bad response time since LEAP was configured (the ping last between 100 and 500 ms in average). We have 50 clients and this problem occurs only in four or five.

The second problem is that we have a lot of "data retries", "RTS retries" in all clients. Is it normal? what is a normal percentage for that?

TIA
