topic Continually Rebooting 350s in Wireless

We have a small number of 350s that continually reboot when trying to configure them (via serial cable/Hyperterminal). I've tried the bootblock/format (resetting to default configuration) DRAM and VAR installation key thing but to no avail. Does this sound like a hardware / firmware failure issue or is there a procedure to stop the rebooting without sending the units in for repair?

Thanks in advance for any assistance provided.

If you have the 350's plugged into the network while trying to configure them via the serial cable, try unplugging them from the network. It sounds like it may be a firmware issue. You may want to get the latest firmware and upgrade them.
