AP 1852 does not join vWLC virtual controllers

I installed 2 new virtual controllers vWLC version 8.5.161. and configured the mobility group, activated Ap Fallback among others
etc.

I'm trying to upload an AP model 1852 AIR-AP1852I-Z-K9 that is in version 8.5.131

cisco AIR-AP1852I-Z-K9 ARMv7 Processor rev 0 (v7l) with 997268 / 680032K bytes of memory.

I configured DHCP option 43. But I gave the message below:

"config not found, PNP is required, Starting PNP "

Yes. But the problem was the MIC certificate I enabled the mic certificate and works now.
