Web Authentication, customized Logout Page

Hey There,

i've got a problem with the customized Logout Page on the WLC. I used the custom Logout-html example from the WebAuth-Bundle (Cisco). It works not really when i used it after the successfull webauthentication. The Logout page opens normal. But when i click on the submit / Logout Button there comes a http failure > 404 Not Found <. And the Logout fails. After this i'm still authenticated! Has anybody experience with the customized Logut Site? I suppose that there is anything wrong in the html or javascript code but I'm not a coding-expert!
